CHILDREN’S Home PT sessions

Instead of just playing video games, zoning out on the iPad, or chatting with their friends online, Suki gets them active and gets them moving, in an environment that’s designed for fun. We focus on three key areas: Mind, Body, and Community. By getting them moving, teaching good habits, creating awareness, and helping them do all this together with their friends, the ultimate goal for Suki is to give your children the tools to set them up for success in life.

What to Expect

A session usually lasts about 45min to 60min. Your first session with Suki your personal trainer will be devoted to assessing your fitness level, taking body measurements, talking about the exercise you already do, getting a health history, and setting some goals.

After your initial personal training session, you’ll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility exercises, or other activities depending on your goals.

Suki your personal trainer will show you how to do each exercise, help you figure out how much weight to use, and give you pointers about nutrition.

Training

Options

Teens Functional Personal Training

The teens functional strength program is developed for pre-teens and teens 11+ and utilises developmentally appropriate resistance training to enhance sports performance, engagement in physical activity and support growth and development throughout the crucial teenage years.

Small Group Training

This is where 1-3 kids train together with a personal trainer and share the cost of the training sessions. This is perfect for siblings and families with multiple kids.

Our groups are small, and the program is individualised, which means each participant is kept in their comfort zone by making the programming challenging, but achievable. Yet still has a sense of belonging, training alongside others.
